Comment
Rec. value and MACS vs. kT table is from WVK06b. Value at kT= 5 keV extrapolated from normalized averaged value of jendl40 and endfb71 (f(norm)= 0.998). Isomeric ratio at E(n)= 75 (25) keV is IR= 0.28 (2) WVK06b but comparison of WVK06b and BeW81 at kT= 30 keV gives only IR= 0.012. Better agreement is given by comparison with value from SRS72 (IR= 0.228). Presently no recommendation possible for cross section to isomer.
