New rec. value is normalized value (f=0.60) from average of evaluated libraries (endfb71,jendl40). Uncertainty at kT= 25 keV is from Bee91, otherwise from deviation of both recent evaluations. The isomeric ratio at kT= 25 keV is IR=0.11 (Bee91), assumed same ratio for kT= 30 keV.
