Comment
Rec. value is from jendl40 which includes the data of WVK02. Uncertainties are from WVK02. Isomeric ratio at kT= 30 keV is IR= 0.071. Note the almost perfect agreement of TOF and activation measurement for this case, contrary to the other isotopes 106Cd, 108Cd, and 116Cd!
