• contact phone number (for TNT delivery)
• email address (for TNT delivery)
• (rough) itinerary
• single or multiple entry to germany
• letter language (german or english)
• please specify any details, which need to be included in the invitation letter
• please specify if you need the original letter to be mailed to you
