Science
Science is a way to look at the world: we observe and try to understand and describe. Nothing is carved in stone but constantly questioned and challenged, powered by our infinite curiosity. It is a pleasure to work in the scientific community with great colleagues in the group of Experimental Astrophysics and all over the world - sometimes finding answers to questions, sometimes posing more and more questions.
Communication
I love to communicate science to the world - mediating between scientists, especially physicists and astronomers, and the public. My aim is to pique people's curiosity and to inspire them for science. I frequently give talks and explain up-to-date science in layman's terms. I also organize outreach events to provide a stage for other scientists.
