The goal is to use the meeting input to draft a white paper on Opportunities with Neutron Induced Reaction Measurements. Authorship is open to and encouraged for all registrants, similar to the process used for the recent Horizons white paper in nuclear astrophysics. All presenters will be asked for a short summary to help develop the white paper text. Once an initial draft has been generated, it will be circulated for further comment.
