Comment
The new recommended value is the average from the recent evaluations (endfb71, jendl40, tendl15,jeff32), the uncertainty is from covariance data in endfb71.
Warning! Data from MAB76d was re-calculated in WiM87 and a large discrepancy was found. However, recent evaluations still favor the data from MAB76d. New measurement needed!
