Comment
The new recommended value is the average from the recent evaluations (endfb71, jendl40, jeff32), the uncertainty is from covariance data in endfb71. Note the perfect agreement between the recent (upublished) activation measurement from ID13b and the evaluations from endfb71, jendl40, jeff32.

Original:MACS [<σ v>/vT] (mb) for kT=30 keV, based on the published cross sections except where indicated otherwise.
Renorm:MACS [<σ v>/vT] (mb) for kT=30 keV for which the reference or standard cross section was meanwhile improved.
Type: The letters and numbers in the column labelled 'type' give information on how the cross section has been obtained:
uUnpublished value
cDirectly quoted from the reference itself
bCalculated from smooth cross sections with model fit: ln(sigma) = a + a1 ln(E) + a2 ln^2(E)
2Including k from Ref. ABM82, where k is a correction factor which has been applied to the originally reported cross section
eEvaluated value taken directly from the reference

MACS:
Reference: endfb71,jendl40,jeff32
Procedure: 'e+t' (The MACS from kT=5 keV to 100 keV are derived from calculated cross sections, which are then normalized to experimental data, e.g. to the values at kT=25 keV obtained in activation measurements. In these cases the uncertainties should be linearly increased below 25 and above 30 keV to reach about 30% at the extreme kT values.)
