Comment
Rec. value is from DHK06a using the new energy dependence of jendl40 normalized with f=1.006 which is in perfect agreement with the new results from IKK11. This value has been renormalized by f= 1.0785 (632 mb/586 mb) due to corrected Gold cross section from RaK88 for activations.
