Multiple affiliations

If an author has more than one affiliation, you need to create one author for each affiliation. They will all have the same name, but each will have a single different affiliation.

You then add this author multiple times to your collaboration. When exporting the Latex file, all those authors will appear as one author with multiple affilitions.

How to edit an author?

Type the first few characters of his last name in the "last name" field and click the author you want to edit in the drop down box. Then edit name, email or affiliation and click the button "Update author ...".
